Can't listen to music online on samsung galaxy 23

I just bought a samsung glaxy 23, I can't listen to music online on the website or music apps, but I have to download music to listen to it. I don't know the cause, has anyone encountered this?

Are you using WiFi or mobile data? Does it still happen if you switch from WiFi to mobile data, or vice-versa?
