Can't load Android System. Data may be corrupt.

I have a Blu Studio Mini 2023 and I was checking my email and sat my phone down to get a drink and when I picked it up and turned on the screen I saw "Android Recovery"
Can't load Android System. Your data may be corrupt. If you continue to get this message, you may need to perform a factory data reset and erase all user data stored on this device.
I used the power button to select "try again".
The android came up with an exclamation point on it's chest and "no command" underneath it. I can't turn it off with the power button, I can't get into my phone and I can't go into safe mode or the boot loader screen. I make my living on my phone and I can't afford to do a factory reset because the data I will lose is not replaceable and I won't be able to download the apps I use to make money because they can only be installed once on any given device and it's the only device I have that I can use. Is there any way to fix this for free as I haven't been paid yet and now I can't get to my card accounts. I do not own a computer and I don't know what to do.

It's possible the firmware has become corrupt, or the motherboard has failed. You can try forcing a shutdown by pressing and holding the Power button for at least 20 seconds, then try powering back on again.

It's always a good idea to keep crucial data backed up or synced somewhere, because you can never predict if/when something bad might happen to a device.
