Can't load SIM card contacts

The phone can't find any contacts that are on my simcard? My other phone loads them.

You should be able to open the phone app > contacts > import/export > SIM card. From there import the contacts to the device - I would suggest then syncing with your Google account so that you can easily transfer to other devices in the future.

When I go to contacts and Import, I can only Import from internal memory?

I did export my contacts to my Google account, but when I wanted to copy them to my phone it copied email adresses and not phone numbers.

But now, like I said in this post, for some reason I can only copy from internal memory.
