Can't locate phantom alarm set for years in future

[Android Central Question]

An alarm shows in the status bar and my clock widget shows that the alarm is set for August 2028! However there is no alarm set in the clock app.

I have tried clearing cache and data from clock app, force stopping and restarting - all to no avail.

I would really appreciate advice!
