Can't log into Facebook on A53

My wife has the A53, she did have the galaxy orbit J3 an old old phone. After transferring data to new phone she can't access her Facebook account. She doesn't think her email she stated it with is active + unable to remember her email she started it with. The old phone is no good, battery swollen so can't charge. Anyway to fix issue without starting a new Facebook?
