Can't Make Calls on Nexus 4 Only

I suddenly developed this problem where I can't make an outgoing call only on my Nexus 4 with one sim. I can place that sim in an iPhone and calls go through. I place another sim with a different phone number in the Nexus 4 and can make a outgoing call. A minute gets deducted from my account each wasted time I try to call but I get the message that the call can't be completed now. Internet works on that sim and so does incoming calls and tests, just no outgoing calls.

Any one have any ideas? I have never seen this happen before. Thanks

Were able to re-install and get it working? Any thoughts on why GV didn't like that one sim?

Sent from my Nexus 4 on Solavei

Reinstalling didn't work. This happened because I switched sims. Didn't know it would prevent outgoing calls until I was out last night and needed to call some people.

Actually, reinstalling didn't work. I chose the right number for my phone and it still won't allow outgoing calls.

Try this:

1. Turn OFF the phone completely
2. Take out the SIM card
3. Turn ON the phone
4. Turn it OFF again after 30-45 secs of usage
5. Plug in the SIM card
6. Turn ON phone now.

Hopefully it works.

I got it working finally. I went through the setup again and didn't realize I chose the wrong number of the phone.

Anyone who uses more than one sim card in their phone will have to change the number associated with the sim in Google Voice or you will not be able to make a call.

What do you mean by "wrong number of the phone."?
How i can change number in google voice?

I am also facing same issue. I am not able to call any one. Thanks in advance

Open Google Voice and then tap on the three dots in the lower right corner. Select settings and then this phones number. make sure the correct phone number is set.
