can't make sd as a default storage for photos

Hi guys,
I have s4 mini and i've been using it for almost a month now., i set my default storage to my sd for my photos. For the first few weeks it works just fine but suddenly when i took a photo it automatically change its storage to my device., but when i change it back to sd and take a photo again it goes back again to my device. What should i do? Thanks.
