Can't Mirror Share

I can no longer mirror share to my LG smart TV or Panasonic smart TV.
My wife can with her iPad and my laptop also connects.
I randomly picked up the neighbours TV.
I last managed it about a month ago.
I have rebooted the TV and phone.
I have a Honor 7X and it has downloaded and installed an update.
