Can't move images from one folder to another on Samsung Galaxy S9

Trying to move images captured by camera and placed into the camera folder to another specific folder to organize my pictures and get prompt. "Unable to move" I tried using the file manager as well and get a failed message. Am at a stand still. Please advise. Thanks

Welcome to Android Central! Are they saved to Internal Storage or the SD card?

Both. Cant move them in either direction. I cant move them from the internal to the sd card, not can I move them to different folders on the sd card. I also tried using my USB cable to change them via computer and cant get them to move either.
