Can't open web site links on Galaxy S7 Edge

When I'm on some (not all) web sites and try to open a link, I get an error message that says 'site not available'. It happens regardless of connection: home wi-fi, data enabled, free wi-fi. I've cleaned the cache several times and rebooted. Still happens.

That is usually an indication that there is a problem on the server side, either the DNS server cannot resolve the site name or the site server is not responding to requests.
