Can't pair via Bluetooth

[AC Question]

I have a Samsung Tab 3 and I am trying to pair with my smart pedometer but my Samsung is not allowing me to do so. What could be the problem please?

There is a limit on the number of things you can have paired with the tablet and some devices only allow one thing to be paired. Be sure your Pedometer is not paired with something else!

Sometimes the bluetooth registry will be trying to pair with something else in the room as you're trying to pair something new. We tell clients to disable or delete all the other profiles, reboot and then try to pair.
