Phone - Samsung S10. Brand new. Running latest update. not rooted.
I have potentially 2 separate issues with Viber calls, not sure if they are related.
Problem 1. The real problem. If the app is not running in background, and a Viber call comes in, I hear the sound, but there is no pick up window, no notification, nothing. Even when the phone is unlocked, nothing happens. Even when you open the Viber app, nothing. There's no way to answer the call at all. So eventually, the other party hangs up and I get a missed call.
Problem 2. If Viber app is running, there is no option to pick up the call from lock screen. I see a notification, but there is no ability to pick up. If the phone is unlocked, then the regular pick up screen appears and you can pick up without problems. Not a huge deal, just annoying.
