Can't pull down notification bar in samsung note 20 ultra?

Edit: it turned out its not there because I'm using Microsoft launcher which didn't allow it, thank you all for your help
Q: Did Samsung remove the ability to pull down the notification bar by swiping down anywhere in the home screen?

Make sure it enable, one press home screen on empty space then tap hone screen settings then toggle on for swipe down notifications panel

Thank you for pointing that out. I went to try it just to find out that my custom launcher wasn't allowing it, I uninstalled it and now it's working!
