My friend and I often do video calls and she is able to put the call on hold if she has another call coming in, but I can't do the same if I get another call. Instead, I'm forced to hang up on her to answer the incoming call (letting her know, of course, and calling back afterwards), and I get a little message on the incoming call screen that says, "Answering incoming call will end current call."
We both have the Note 10+ on Verizon, and we use the video feature on the call screen to switch from voice to video call. It doesn't matter who initiated the video call though; she is always able to put the call on hold when needed, but I am never able to. Is there a setting I'm missing?
