So I had recently had a software push to my Note 8 and noticed I could not receive picture messages while on wifi. the messages would come in and display as failed. this happened so frequent I went to the service provider phone they did not find anything wrong, replaced my Sim issue still existed and then the infamous factory reset. The text messages worked after that not realizing I was on the mobile network not a wifi network. Got home and it started again. The only way to get them to come through is by turning wifi off what do I do?
