Hi for some reason I can't receive or send mms on my Samsung s5 even though I have data on my phone and all settings are correct...help please so frustrated

Hello and welcome to Android Central xmissxalex!

Check with your carrier that you have the correct APN settings installed on your phone for sending and receiving MMS. Also check that your carrier has enabled this feature on your call plan. You can usually request from your carrier that they send you the APN settings over the air, just to be sure.

I have the correct APN settings as my network sent me the settings to install and that's what I did yet still can't
