can't receive picture files - Motorola Droid Ultra

I used to be able to receive picture files thru Text Messaging, but lately I haven't able to receive them...
I read that I need to have my "Data Enabled", so I have my Mobile network settings "Data Enabled" but I still can't receive any picture!!! Why??? :'(
I love my phone, but Not be able to insert external SD card sucks...

Is wi-fi on also? If so, try turning wi-fi off but leaving your mobile data on.

Thank you for your tip. Unfortunately, my data plan is VERY limited, so I try to use Wi-Fi as much and whenever possible...

But remember that pictures can only be received via the messaging app over mobile data, not wifi or voice signal.
