Can't receive text on Verizon Wireless

I just bought a pro. I can send text and all data and calls work. But I cannot receive any text messages. Does anyone have an easy solution to this problem?

you need to call Verizon and have them activate that phone. That's what I had to do.

ask for CDMA-Less. They should know the 7 Pro requires this to work properly.

Supposedly you just need to ask for CDMA-less to be turned on.

Yeah.. I had just noticed a few that said they had to ask for CDMA-less to be turned on AND get a new SIM card..

Didn't need new SIM.. just had to call and get the CDMA-less flipped. Rep knew what I was talking about right away.. rated him a 10 post-call ..

Got mine working today. My phone came in yesterday and I called vzw to make the cdma less provision. It did not get working until this morning. I also have the RCS working on my Google messages.
