This problem couldn't be resolved at Verizon so I thought I'd try people that actually know something about phones (I had to show the lady where Settings is, then the Menu button in Backup Assistant).
So this morning I suddenly couldn't receive texts messages. My friend said he was receiving a message back immediately saying his text couldn't go thru. It was working 20 minutes earlier. I had multiple people try it, nothing. The Verizon idiots spent an half an hour (probably Google searching for answers) and determined it was a bad phone. Here's where Verizon gets a F.U. --- "Sir the screen is cracked and any damage to the phone voids the warranty, here is the paperwork to file an insurance claim for a new phone."
If the experts here can't figure it out, I'll call to cancel my line and see if that helps to overlook the crack and send me a phone.
Any ideas??
