Can't recieve emails on my Samsung S5.. says not enough memory

I have deleted old emails and some email accounts and still wont work. How do I free up memory?

If you have to many apps, foto's, videos etc there is no more memory on the phone so try deleting something

How do I free up memory?

First go to settings, storage, press "cached data" and press "ok".
Then open the phone app and dial *#9900#. Press the bar marked "logcat /dumpstate". Press "ok". Scroll down to "exit".

Uninstall apps you don't use, you can also get a SD card, I believe Samsung makes 64 GB ones for like 20 dollars definetly one of the cheapest and good ones available!
