Can't record video with the ultra wide-angle lens

I have the Note 10+ on Verizon. For some reason I cannot record video with the ultra-wide camera lens, no matter what I try I cannot get it to record with any app or the camera app. Does anyone know how to fix this or know the reason why it doesn't work? Thanks in advance

Change your video resolution to FHD and it will show up. Won't work with the higher res modes.

Wow, thank you so much for explaining all that. I never knew. I wonder why it won't let us do 2K or 4K recording with that camera. It's not even 60fps too smh *

I'm a professional photographer and videographer that owns a business so this is really important to me and that is super disappointing

16:9 UHD 3840x2160 also allow use all cameras, only not available in 60fps mode.
