can't recover data from bak file samsung note 10 running android 11 right now

i used the app ifone on my computer to back up but it turns out you have to pay for a subscription to restore data that's backed up, but i don't want to pay 20$ for the subscription so any how idea what to do to restore the data?

Welcome to Android Central! If their service clearly stated that there's a fee, then you have to pay the fee. We can't help you get around that -- it'd essentially be trying to steal from them.
