Can't Rename Music

I cannot rename songs on the standard Music app. It does not save changes. I've tried Rocket Player and doubleTwist; RP doesn't allow me to import .mpegs and oubleTwist doesn't allow me to rename my music. What can I do?

It's the tags. If you get your music from torrents, they are most probably wrongly tagged. I only know one way to change it... Which is via the free program mp3tag in a Windows PC.

I have always renamed them on my PC, using a right click and then Properties.

There is your data cable, or if your music is on your PC, you should be able to put the card in the adaptor and load them that way.

Download and install drivers on your pc for the s4 from off the Samsung website, see if that helps detect it as a media device.

Try the app iTag from the playstore to retag your songs from the phone.
