Can't restore app data after Gingeritis upgrade

I rebooted my bolt last night and after the reboot I had constant phone app crashing. Decided it was time to upgrade Gingeritis 3D from V1 to V1.2. Upgrade is done, and phone is working properly again. I'm trying to restore some data from MyBackup Root, and it is telling me I need the Pro version in order to restore data from other devices. I also have the paid version of MyProfiles+, but it is failing on a license check now. When I log into the Google Market website, it now shows my bolt twice. One shows a registration of October 2011, last used today, and the second shows a registration and last used date of today.

What do I need to do to make my phone look like the original one? This is still the same sim card and original phone, but the market seems to think they are two different devices.

I use titanium so I'm not sure.. but with titanium you install the free version then the unlock key. Same.with the other backup app maybe?

You shouldn't restore sys data anyway. App data only is the best thing per chingy and crew.

If you paid for the apps then all you have to do is uninstall the apps and install it again from the market, if you are rooted and backed up data you can then restore just the data with MyBackup..

I agree that Titanium experience list issues and is worth a look later, for now just follow info here and you should be good.

I had this happen on my Samsung Tab when I installed ICS on it -- it actually registered as a different device on my Google Account. My guess is that ROM had some identifier that was different or something to that effect so Google didn't recognize as the same device...?
