Can't restore galaxy s7 edge to stock

I had android 6 on my galaxy s7 edge and when the new version came out I didn't want to wait for the OTA update (since it would take several months to reach my country) so I updated using odin to nougat (G935FXXU1DPLT_G935FOXA1DPLT_BTU).

Now my heart sensor doesn't work, my settings app is messed up : I have 2 device maintenance and 2 apps options I have an option called "service provider" description : GIGA LTE, KT twophone. clicking this crushes the app.

My friend who also has galaxy s7 edge and bough it with nougat has way less settings and all of the settings make sense.

And when I tried restoring with odin again to G935FXXU1DQE7_G935FOJK1DQD1_CEL it didn't fix anything.

I just want to restore (like in iTunes) to the latest version my country has. I tried using smart switch but after it does preparing, nothing happens, it doesn't tell me to enter download mode.

Fixed by using a different PC, must be a windows 10 issue

I can't even get SmartSwitch to work on my Mac and I can't even get SmartSwitch to install on my Surface Pro 3 in Windows 10. It gives some error and never starts the install.
