Cant rotate my device

[Android Central Question]

I have an Android tablet and part of the screen is cracked. the touchscreen doesnt work. recently i turned off my device when it was on rotation locked. Now I cant type in my password because the enter button is right on the cracked part of the screen. and i cant unlock the rotation because i cant open the notification screen in the lock screen.

Get an OTG cable. Plug in a mouse and keyboard.
