Can't run Software Update.!

every time i try to do a software update it tells me the following:

"Access to the software update service is provided to users in the order in which they request it. Try Later"

anyone having the same problem.?

Yes, I am trying to use Kies as I type.

How do you use Kies for a software update.?

Connect your phone via USB to the PC. Open the Kies software, if an update is there it will prompt you to update. I updated mine last night with Kies. Took quit a while so be patient. Mine acted like it froze for around 20 minutes but finally finished.
