Can't save pictures that are texted to me

I was able to save pictures to my phone but now I can't. This is after an update. Can anyone help me figure out how to fix this?

Press and hold the picture in the message, does it bring up "View/Save" options?

I used to be able to do that, but not anymore. Anything you know of that can fix it??

that i dont know...i have had to do a couple backups and factory resets since the GB update. But all seems to be working well now that i have done that.
