Can't search exchange email

When I hit the search button nothing happens in my exchange email account.
Anyone else?
Really need that basic feature!

I get the same thing in the stock email app with my yahoo and IMAP work account. can't believe we can't search in it!!!??

I'm having the same issue, I'm asking around to a few of my contacts to see if this has been reported.

Bump, was this ever known to be a bug, or never functional?

On ICS now and still cant search Exchange mail with the stock app.
