Can't see how to rename a photo in Gallery

I have an important photo in my Gallery app which I want to rename with a more memorable file name, as otherwise it might prove tricky for me to locate again when I need it.

However, I can't seem to find an option to rename the file when I view it in the Gallery app. I'm sure there used to be a way to do this, unless you can't any more for some reason.

If you open picture and click the dots ... choose Details.
When in Details, there is an Edit. Click Edit and you can change the jpg name.

You can also use the My Files app. Locate your picture (usually found in the DCIM folder) , select the picture file and the 3 dot menu has the option to rename it.
