cant send e-mails out,but I can receive them, says sync not working

Just can not send e-mails out, I can receive them. When I check settings it says sync is not working yry again. I have tried now for almost a week.....please help.

If it's a Google email account, remove the account, then add it again. If it's another provider's account, you'll have to tell us which one it is (but accounts other than Google email accounts won't sync to Google, they'll sync to their provider's server.)
