cant send or receive picture text

I have att galaxy s5 active. When I first got it I could send and receive picture text and now I cant. Apn address is correct I double checked that. Whats wrong with it?

Welcome to Android Central! Is this an AT&T phone that you're using on AT&T? Or are you using it on a different carrier? If it's on AT&T, call their support and see what they have to say.
