Can't send or recieve phone calls and messages and use the internet even though

Even though I have unlimited everything. I have to be connected to wifi in order to use the internet and I can't send or receive any phone calls or messages regardless of network availability. The problem is definitely not the SIM because when I put the SIM in other phones, it works perfectly fine. This started happening after I cracked me screen. I got the screen fixed (but I threw the receipt away unfortunately) but then this started happening. I phoned the company I got my phone from and they told me to send the phone back with the warranty form and they will order a replacement for me. I can't find the warranty form, so all I can do now is 1) try to fix the phone myself or 2) send it off for repairs... but I don't even know what the actual problem is. Does anyone know what's wrong with my phone and if it can be fixed?

Welcome to Android Central! That sounds frustrating. I'm not a repair expert, but it sounds like there's a problem with your phone's antenna, or some connection that is related to it. Do you even have any bars showing in the notification area? If it shows zero bars, I'd focus on the antenna.

Just checked the bars, and they're definitely showing. I don't know what to do at this point. Every time I try to make a phone call or send a message I get these messages "mobile network not available" (when trying to make phone calls) and "no signal found for mobile networks" (when trying to send a message). I only receive messages days or even weeks later.
