!!cant send photos attachments through text!!

hello! i have a coolpad phone and i cant send photos through text to other people. i cant send text just fine, though. its not a wifi issue, and i tried restarting it, what else can i do?

Make sure that you have the correct MMS settings, and that Mobile Data is switched on.
