Can't send picture messages

Every time I try to text a pucture I get a failed message. I can email them ok, but a phone as good as the note 2 should be able send a picture text I would think, whats my damage? Anyone?

I use handcent sms and have never had a problem....i have it set to automatically convert the picture for mms, and it just works.....

If all else fails contact Verizon and ask them to fully reset you off the network. I had this issue once and it was solved by doing so.
