Can't separate home screen and lock screen wallpaper!

[Android Central Question]

I can't separate my home screen wallpaper from lock screen wallpaper they are just the same. I tried changing wallpaper in settings and there are no options whether its in home screen or lock screen, it just says "Home and Lockscreen Wallpaper".. I tried changing in gallery, still the same, no options.. I also tried in Home, the same outcome.. Is this really permanent? do I have no chance in separating them? Btw I'm using Samsung J2 Core..
