Can't set my alarm past 12:00pm?

[Android Central Question]

My phone uses 24 hour clock but my alarm uses 12 hour. When I set the alarm it only goes from 1:00 to 12:00(am) and there is no button or anything for changing am to pm. The alarms I'm able to set can only be from 1:00 to 12:00 in the morning. How can I set alarms in the afternoon?
