Cant sign in my google account

[AC Question]

I got a new phone huawei p9 and yest i successfully set it up but today i put in a sim card,google wont let me sign in,i kept getting this prompt
This device was reset.to continue,sign in with a google account that was previously synced on this device,verrry frusting

Welcome to Android Central! Did you get this phone used from someone else? If so, did they properly remove their Google account prior to the reset? That has to be done in order for the reset to be considered authorized. Otherwise, Google's Factory Reset Protection will kick in, and after the reset is done, it will prompt the user to enter the previous Google account's name and password.
