Can't surf the Web while on a voice call?

I tried using the Internet while I was on hold with a phone call and there was no Internet. I was able to do it on my iPhone, not on the s7????

I've been able to do it on my S5 and S7. I'm on Verizon. You have to have the "Advanced Calling" feature enabled.

Verizon. I just rebooted my phone and confirmed it works now. Thanks

Yipee! I don't use the feature often but it's nice to have the ability to do so when you need it.
