cant take screen shot due to security policy

this message keeps popping up every time I try to take a screen shot, it doesnt matter what app im in this includes the home screen. also when im taking regular pictures with camera the pictures wont save into my gallery there is a gallery image icon with an exclamation point over the button that i push to go to my gallery top view the photos

Use a file manager to get to the file and tap it, and some app will open to view it.

As far as the security policy, is this a company-owned phone? If it is, talk to your IT people, but the chances are that they've defeated screen shots and picture viewing and they won't change it.
