cant turn off bixby?

I went into Bixby settings, there is suppose to be a turn off bixby voice...its on my other phones, its not on the note 9!! there is no disable bixby button either...or am I just missing it

I used Package Disable Pro . Bixby goneeee. work like champ.

I've read you can disable the Bixby Home Screen but not the button yet.

Possibly Samsung wanting to push their Bixby feature.... again.

I prefer Google Assistant.

I'm sure in time someone will remap the button and it Samsung will again allow Bixby to be turned Off like they did on my s8.
