Can't turn off Location Services Timeout notifications

[Android Central Question]

I have an S8+ which just updated to Android Pie a few days ago. Now, all of a sudden, I'm getting constant notifications that Location Services Timed Out. This happens 4 -5 times a day! I can't figure out how to stop the notifications and they're driving me crazy!
