Cant turn on HTC one s

I connected my brand new HTC one small to the pc using usb. It became very warm and went dead. I cant turn it on. Please help.
and this is not the first time i connected it to the pc. The first time around this didnt happen. Please help! My phone is not even two months old.

Let it cool down un plug it and it should turn on soon

Hold vol down and power you'll boot into h boot use the vol up down keys select recovery hopefully itll boot as normal are you sure you didnt root it?
