cant uninstall some apps

There are some apps I want to uninstall on my HTC One called 7digital and Kid Mode, these apps came with the phone and it isn't allowing me to remove them. Is it possible another way?

Yea those are factory built-in, you have to be rooted to get rid of those. If you do root, use titanium backup, it's the best!
