Can't Unlock

Alright, so I think I did something stupid. I went to my settings and "disabled slider" for the lockscreen *thinking* that I was disabling the lockscreen completely .. However, when I try to wake my NC up, it's locked and there is no slider or anything to unlock it. All I can see is the time and date. HELP! What do I do?? I'm not that techie so I don't know what else to try .... Btw, I'm running CM7 on an SD card with a dual boot, I can reboot and use the Barnes and Noble OS just fine, but when I reboot to try to use Android, I can't get past the lockscreen.

I thought cm7 made it so you couldn't do that? You had to have some other unlock option checked. Did you have gesture unlock turned on? Have you tried sliding your finger across or making other gestures to try and unlock?

I don't know what gestures to do? lol, I honestly don't know what else was selected or not selected, all I know is I clicked the box that said "disable lock screen slider" and then turned it off to try it, tried to turn it back on and well, the slider was disabled but idk how I'm supposed to unlock it now. My intentions were to turn off the lockscreen completely. I wouldn't know any other way to try to unlock the device. I did try to swipe where the slider usually is, but to no avail.

Maybe menu unlock was enabled? Try tapping or long pressing the menu button on the soft keys.

Yeah, tried that too, no luck .. Is there any way to just "reset" this whole thing? Like start from scratch? If so, how would I do that?

Just place the rom back on the SD card (Actually place the physical sd card into your computer, an drop the rom on the boot partition) and start up the nook. It will put your settings back to stock but leave all if your apps and data.

Where do I get the rom from? And what's a boot partition? haha ... I ordered this SD Card from Amazon with CM7 already preinstalled because I'm not tech smart enough to do it myself lol

The boot partition is the only one that shows up in windows. Just plug it in.

I have a MacBook .. And I don't have anywhere to plug an SD card into it, I guess I would have to get an adapter? And what rom do I "drop"?
