can't unsubscribe from T-Mobile TV

I signed up for the trial subscription for Mobile TV and decided I don't want it. I followed the unsubscribe instructions and went to the TV site. I clicked on the "?" icon denoting help in the upper right corner, and a message came up to click on the same help button in the upper right hand corner . But nothing happens when I click on it. Help!

I'd contact the carrier and ask for them to delete your subscription. That way you're sure they won't bill you for it
