I had to take my sim card into AT&T and have them update the info on it they still had my number in their system under an older phone and that was why mine would not update. I tried resetting it and everything for 2days, even spent two hours on the phone with at&t with no success. Took my phone in and had them update the info on my sim card to match my phone and bam update.
