Can't update or install apps in playstore

Hi. I have a Huawei y6 2017 with marshmellow. For some time now I havent been able to update or install apps on playstore with my data. I can with Wi-Fi no problem, just with my phone data. I've searched google for answers, cleaned the cache and data etc. All the usual things. But cant seem to get to the bottom of it. Any help and ideas to rectify this problem, will be gratefully received.

Try reset network in settings.

Try editing your APN settings to disable IPv6 temporarily. https://www.androidcentral.com/what-apn-and-how-do-i-change-it
