Can't update to lollipop - - help!

So I have a Verizon galaxy s4 that was unlocked to work on AT&T's network. Everything on the phone works fine but when I tried to update to Lollipop it tells me "Software update is temporarily unavailable. Try again later" and the title caption says Service Unavailable. Is it because it's been unlocked? Noone at AT&T or Verizon had a solution for me. Please don't reply with 'don't update it'll kill your phone' Cuz I don't care. Any helpful info is much appreciated.

Since the phone is a Verizon phone, it has to be updated while connected to an active Verizon account. Since it's not, you'll have to find a captured Verizon update file (try XDA Forums) and do it yourself.
