Can't update!!

Downloading process stopped and it says: " Couldn't download" and the "retry download" button doesn't work! What should I do?

Check to see if you have a completely stock version of 4.3. I updated my radio in 4.3 and had to reflash the original 84 radio back in. When I did that it loaded. I also did not
use the OTA but sideloaded it. Either should work on a stock 4.3.

Yes it's stock 4.3 , I've updated OTA to 4.3
The downloading process was almost over when it suddenly stopped!

Not sure what to do, maybe dump the cache and see if that works, otherwise hope you find the answer.

Have you reboot the phone then try the update again? That doesn't work then consider a factory reset or manually installing the stock 4.4 images for the Nexus 4.
